Such a garment is most uncouth for a gentleman to wear. 
Definitely not wearing that little number. 
Okay, how about this one? I'd personally wear it, but only if someone else would wear it with me. I'd rather look foolish with good company than to look like a lonely looney.
Hey, this kinda matches with the 1st post too, so maybe we can be mature enough to compose a decent looking outfit here.
