Redd Exploit for fast museum completion?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to manipulate the game or timetravel so that you can keep getting Redd in your town and quickly finish off the museum's art section. Apparently there is such a strat for New Horizons, but is there any time-travel pattern or anything I can do in New Leaf so I don't have to keep waiting for him? Thanks

Only thing I can think of is literally to just keep time travelling untill you find him over and over, idk if any other method exists
