Recommendations for bugs/fish for witchy character needed!

So since I'm going to go through with my planty/witchy themed town I need a few fish/bugs that would fit well in her house since I think a few would fit very well!
So far I've thought of;
Koi fish
Gold fish
Bell Cricket
Firefly (I hate the container lmao)

If anyone else has any ideas I'd love to hear it!!
Also if anyone has any general tips/recommendations then I'd love to hear!! <3 Thank you!

Maybe the tarantula since it could be used for magical potions? Idk it's also scary so it could fit

Definitely the frog, spider, scorpion, and tarantula! They're all witchy to me.

All the ones that people mentioned, plus eels (any kind, but moray eels are particularly sinister-looking), plus maybe silk moths?

I think either the cricket or bell cricket seems somewhat witchy. Also a frog of course!
