PLEASE HELP! How to unlock happy home network?

Could someone please help me? At what point in the game do I unlock the happy home network? I am up to the part where I can now build facilities with Isabelle. Thanks for your help!

if you downloaded the update from the eshop and are on version 2.0 you just have do a few houses (6-8 or so including tutorial houses) and build the school and lottie will eventually tell you about it. you should unlock it soon tho anyway

Thank you so much! Yes, I should have checked the FAQ before posting this, sorry! I was just trying to unlock it before the competition finished.
