(PlayStation 5 ) Will it ever come out in black ??????

In less than a week the new playstaion 5 is due to come out I haven't had much time to look into it.

I wanted to know if there was word of a black model coming out or if it will be a limited edition colour.

As I am positive it is only coming out in white at the moment ?

Noooooo thank you I’m just going to hold off now anyway as there isn’t a game coming out for ps5 that I want at the moment so I will keep waiting till then

don't tell him, but I think I actually prefer it in white. it fits the "futuristic" look they were going for and compliments the dark blue light. it has a pretty awesome aesthetic... i can't wait for it to be the centerpiece of my entertainment centre

I never saw a PS4 white console in a while in stores when it was a popular console. So maybe they wanted white and black to be both popular since white was never uaed much for the past consoles.

I'm sure they'll release a black edition eventually, it shouldn't cost them much to make them with black parts instead of white ones so we'll definitely see them. There were two years between Switch and Switch Lite, I wouldn't be surprised if they released a black PS5 for next year's holiday season.

Are you thinking like end of next year around the holidays for a black one? I haven't seen any games I like for the PS5 so I am still happy to wait.

Yeah, they like to release stuff around the holidays, all the previous consoles were released around Nov-Dec at least for the western market.
