WotC depends on the host and it's entirely up to them if they don't want to deal with certain members if they believe it'll be a problem in the end (IE: Bad behavior or poor sportsmanship). Only the smaller game types would I even be remotely comfortable with removing WotC from, since they're meant to be a little more silly and fun compared to the more serious ones.
WOTC should never be removed. If you are WOTC'd there is a reason behind it. Reevaluate yourself, especially your attitude and the things you say and you could easily avoid it. If you put forth thought and effort into games, you won't be voted for. We play this game for fun but the reason why it's fun is because we play competitively. It's not all serious all of the time but there are times when you need to take it seriously.

It's kinda horrible though, because being wotced is basically being voted least favourite member to sign up
