Name suggestions...?

I am making a second character to hold path qrs mostly, and the house will be as close to the beach as possible. I wanted to name the character something like ?beach house? so when others use the map to find what house it is, they will know straight away that it's a beach house.

Obviously beach house isn't in the 8 character limit, so what are some other names I could use for the same idea? The only one I have is Seafront, which isn't bad but I want to know all of my options!

I had one called BeachTea...
well, it was a town name, but I've gone with something else....
