The flower design doesn't have to be so small; you can space out and enlarge the flowers/foliage. Maybe also you might be able to make it look like the sleeves are cuffed?

2. Complex long sleeved shirt/sweater

Could you make the flowers on this more like hibiscus? Also could you do another version of this in greyscale? Thanks!
