? Please read through both posts carefully! ? Both duckyluv and I are running this cycling town, so we will let you know which FC to add. ? Payment must be sent before gates are open. Gates will not open until it is sent. ? When you arrive, please follow us to the villager's house. Feel free to run since this is a cycling town. ? Please make sure VM's are allowed on your profile or you have space in your mailbox. If we cannot communicate through VM/PM, your request will be ignored. ? You must have a slot for the villager by the time they are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, they will be given to someone else. ? If you cannot pick up a villager within 24 hours of your offer being accepted (or 24 hours after you have been notified that the villager is in boxes if you have reserved them), 15 TBT will be charged for holding for 2 additional days. We will only hold the villager for 3 days before voiding or giving them to someone else. ? We will try to keep the villagers as original as possible but it cannot be guaranteed. ? ? You may only reserve a villager who is currently in town! ? You may reserve for a nonrefundable fee to ensure you get the villager. ? Villagers from Tiers 1 and 2 may be reserved for 10 TBT. ? Villagers from Tiers 3 to 5 may be reserved for 5 TBT. ? You must pay the buyout price if you are reserving. ? Lurking is free but does not guarantee you the villager. ? You may lurk for up to 5 villagers at a time and will be notified via VM when they move in and when they are in boxes (and available). ? Tier 4's and 5's will be autovoided unless lurked for. ? If you would like to stop reserving or lurking a villager, please notify either duckyluv or me through VM/PM so we can take your name off of the list.
