On a semi-hiatus!
Well a lot of people use them as second currency to buy AC items, others use them to buy little collectables or add-ons for their profiles, you can see what collectables and add-ons people have under their avatar and information on the left! (For example I have the little cake.)
You can buy add-ons and collectables by clicking "shop" at the top on the navigation bar, 4th tab along.

Once you've clicked "Shop" and you have enough TBT bells, you simply click "Purchase" on what you want to buy (bear in mind not everything is available) and it'll add it to your cart. Then click "View Cart / Checkout" on the right and it'll take you to another page where you can overview everything, and then you click "confirm" (or something along those lines) and the item(s) will now be yours! Then it'll come up under your avatar and information~
