In my first town, I put my house in a specific place because it was nice and secluded but still easily reachable from the town hall, retail and the train station, I specifically wanted to have no neighbors... cue five days later, the four villagers I invited decided to surround my place. I mean, I'm really happy to have them close to me but dang, peeps.
this morning i was trying to breed hybrids, and was getting annoyed because nothing was spawning. so i took a break and walked around my town and like 3 hybrid tulips had spawned.
the game
definitely knows.
I was originally on the fence about this, but after Queenie suggested a Modern Bridge today (I want a modern themed town,) I'm inclined to believe it does.
The game knows I'm a bell hoarder. It knows I'm a time traveller. It knows every other thing they are always gossipping about, come on guys just leave me be once in a while.
i think it is confirmation bias. if you write down evertyhing that happens, it'll look more random than if you count just the stuff happening that you want to have happen
That was in July that I posted that. I did trap Phoebe with holes and left her there after she wouldn't give me the geyser. Came back a little later and she was OUT, nonchalantly sitting on a nearby stump! I gave that trick up and chilled. Finally got the geyser from her last week...it's pretty cool. I have it in the mayor's back yard and every time she comes out the door it spouts!
I started walking with my DS again to get coins for the cookies in Nooks. Yesterday I bought two cookies and got 1 puppy ornament, which is the only reason I am buying them again. I didn't even open and turn in the other ticket-threw it in the garbage can. (not a puppy number).
Today I bought two cookies and got 2 puppy ornaments! See, the game knows and likes me!
