her shirt is original, and i'm pretty sure most, if not all, of her house is original. i'm not gonna make the 100% promise though.
please only run on the paths. and i would prefer the bells to be dropped first near the train station before you pick her up. i've never sold a villager before, so i'm not 100% sure how this works. sorry!
