Bizarre Letter Purrl Showed Me Today

So I was playing WW today and Purrl came up to me to show me this really bizarre letter that I assume is about Tom Nook?

I’m genuinely confused about it because I definitely have not sent a letter like that to her. Not only that but I started the new save yesterday, so Purrl hasn’t moved from another town with this letter.
Is this some letter included in the game that villagers randomly get and show you?

Yes. Mine show me weird letters too and it isn't possible for me to catch villagers from other towns. I also get messages in a bottle on the beach too even though my save file hasn't connected to others.
