behind on watering flowers

I have been stuck in a time loop for a week now for the purpose of keeping a villager open for trading. Once I'm done with that I want to TT one day at a time in a few hours till reaching the present day. Problem, do I have really have to water the flowers for every new day? That is going to be REALLY time consuming.

Get the beautiful town ordinance, you dont need to water flowers if you have that ^_^

If so, then don't worry about it.
If not, then yeah you do it every day.
