for transparent mayors, you don't have to give me as much tbt - 30 is usually the amount of tbt I get for signatures. Half that would be fine for transparent mayors, since they don't take as much time. :)

here you go! I did 4 different versions so you have choices, lol

these are 118x202 px, they can be used for signatures or things bigger than avatars. I did one without a glow and one with (I think it looks better with it, helps blend with whatever background)
