They are pretty good :-D keep practicing
mind if I give you some healthy advice?
1.)The average person is about 6 heads tall, (so draw the size of the head and use it as measurment)
2.) the tips of the hands should always reach to mid thigh
3.) for shading, start really light and get darker, use your fingers to blend/smooth out the shading
4.)for coloring, starte light also and keep adding layers for more depth
I see alota potential (I use to draw like that too)
