Hm this might be easier if you do it. Make sure you've turned on the wifi in the bottom corner and then go to Trade > Link Trade > and click on Larka. It'll ask if you want to play and then you just say yes

I'm not seeing your name on the list. I have WiFi turned on, so I don't know what the problem could be.

That's so weird, I'm not seeing you either. You're not showing up as online on my 3ds friends list either. I'll try restarting and see if that makes a difference.
