Buying 1 million igb!

I went out and bought a second cartridge and made a new town. I'm looking for 1 mil igb to help me get started The current exchange rate is 1 tbt=200k igb, so I can pay 5 tbt. Since it's a small enough amount of bells, I would rather just pick up the bell bags instead of doing the Retail method.
