this year I've been a consistent 3:45er
I try very hard to cut it down, though my brain refuses to de-activate until it is painfully exhausted. Now i accept it
edit: whenever there's an AP calc test the next day i make sure to be asleep an hour before that though! (the studying tuckers me out, and all-nighters for math things do not work at all).

Usually between 11pm-1am. It depends on the type of day I've had. When I have a bad day I usually stay up later.
