Rules:
- This is not first come first served!
- Please be nice and respectful to the people within the thread - chatting is welcomed!
- No begging or being passive aggressive - we will know when you are, don?t worry.
- Be patient - we?re all people with lives, not art making machines!
- Artists get to choose who to draw and what they want to draw - requests that specify a certain artist will be ignored.
- Be prepared? some of us might be doing crack art (e.g. closed eye mspaint doodles) - you have been warned!
- You can post a new request/repost your request after 5 pages if none of the artists accept you.
- Always remember to thank and credit the artist you received art from - if you remove our signature from anything we can most certainly guarantee you that we will hunt you down
- We're all drawing for free, but if you want to tip any of the artists, feel free to do so!
- Please also follow the rules on artists? posts (if any!)
Notes on requesting:
- Text references are hard to work with for artists, so having a visual reference would be very handy! It doesn?t have to be a full picture of your character, but ?she has blue long hair and a white dress and white shoes and a white ribbon? doesn?t exactly help an artist visualize what you want. References such as ?Her hair looks like this (picture); and she wears a dress like this (picture)? would be a lot more helpful for us!
- However, with that being said - please only request art with references that you know are fine to use! Official pictures such as screenshots from an anime when requesting fanart are an OK, but claiming someone?s adoptable or a random google image of an anime girl as your character is NOT OK. If you?re confused as of whether your reference picture is okay to use, feel free to post here on the thread, or message Jint to make sure before requesting.
- Requests/reposts do not necessarily need to be of the same character - we have your previous requests marked down as well, so we didn't miss it! Instead of reposting, you might want to try requesting for a new character - while your previous req is still being considered, the new one might perk up more interest in the group of artists, giving you a better chance at receiving a freebie!
- I cannot stress the 5-page rule enough. Reposting overly frequently does not increase your chances of being considered - we have everything marked down, and we know very well when a repost has been posted without surpassing 5 pages. As much as we are striving to bring this freebie joint to you, we hope that visitors can respect our requests as well!
How it works:
- Post your request! You can put 1 form per post (Only exception is when you're requesting for couple art). Please make sure that there?s only 1 character in your form.
- If an artist (who is open) is interested, they will claim your request? but this happens internally, so you won?t know who?s doing it until you receive your art piece!
- If you get art, remember to thank the artist!
- And yes, you are allowed to post another request afterwards! Just keep in mind the 5 pages rule~
