Is the Isabelle (Summer outfit) amiibo figure compatible with Happy Home Designer?

I bought with the knowledge it might work. But now I look on the back of the package and see it's compatible with amiibo festival. I have no Wii U so.
 
It should I'm pretty sure?? Either way it's an amiibo.
 
It probably has the same programming as the winter outfit one.
 
It should since it probably has the same "coding" as all Animal Crossing amiibo.
If it doesn't, it isn't a total loss cause you have the cutest amiibo. ;)
