Welcome to the dirty city of New York in 2050. Thugs are killing people with powers that are unknown to are race. These powers are killing dozens of people that a whopping 84 million people are dead. Now it is your job to stop them (aka B.P.D) with there powers. Protect New York. Will you be able to control your powers? Also...
Don't Die. Because the Uprising is gonna begin.
