I've owned 3 3DSs beforehand and used my friends XL many times and 2DS feels much more comfy to me. It's a very awkward looking system, but handles like a dream. Yeah, those XL screens are great... omg if nintendo made a 2DS XL it would be a monster in size o.o
Anyway, 3DS XL is awesome too

Yeah, I think we're all past the Japanese version now. It was fun while it lasted since we had the game before everyone else, but I'd much rather play a game that I fully understand. I guess it's still good for getting exclusive items and dlc.
My town is going well so far and I don't plan on time travelling this time around. I just started a new town about a week ago when I bought a 2DS. I actually gave my girlfriend my 3DS and acnl, so we can play together. Strangely.. I prefer 2DS to 3DS o.o
