    Do villagers adopted from others mention their old town?

    The letters used to expose me so much on WW when I was younger and thought for some reason the villager would actually understand what I'm saying!? I'd pour my heart out about how much they mean to me or whatever only for them to show it to my older cousin and for her to make fun of me :(

    I've found that making side characters for extra houses or whatever, if you adopted a villager from another town, they'll mention where they came from when you introduce yourself. Personally I find it quite nice, it's cool that they have a story :)

    I just had a look on VillagerDB, turns out I described her a bit wrong 😂 It's blanche! And she's actually a white ostrich lmao, I guess that just shows how quick I am to leave whenever I've seen them.

    I've seen Zucker maybe 6 times? And some pink turkey thing that I've never bothered to learn the name of 😂 she's my most frequent villager on the islands, I've had her at least 10 times.

    As far as I'm aware, whether you talk to them or not, it doesn't actually have any effect. If anything, I've found that villagers I talk to quite often ask to move quite frequently whenever I'm trying to do a force out.

    I'm not saying that gatekeeping isn't present here at all, but I feel proud to be part of the community on The Bell Tree where, in general, everyone is very nice! I tend to see most gatekeeping and toxicity coming from facebook, instagram and reddit - I don't know what it is about those sites...

    The game did me dirty with the forced campsite villager too, I got Eugene. I've actually seen a lot of people have quite a lot of love for him but his stupid face boiled my blood!!! At first I didn't even realise you had to let them move in but after 3 days of him still chilling in the campsite...

    I don't understand the mechanics of it honestly. I get it's all random, but you'd think with a choice of 10 villagers, there's be a reasonably high chance that each villager will ask to leave at least ONCE
