yeah i think once you get 7-8 out since they've left thats when they'll show up on main street so you're half way there for sure. :+)

i'm pretty sure when they stop appearing for a long period of time its safe to say you've cycled enough but if i were you id try to keep a list of who has moved out since you lost her. it helps because you dont want to think youve cycled her enough and go to get her and she remembers you D:

i know that but like from figuring it out mysef, they cant come back from a random move in or from you resetting the house plots to get them back. :0 they just wont show up and you cant get them back yourself. you have to get them from someone elses town. so im wondering if you didnt do that...
