You could try using the Linework layer (the one with a pen on paper icon). It'll be good since you can move the lines with the mousepad as you aren't using a tablet. You can change the width of the lines too to make them either thinner or thicker.

Yep I use a drawing tablet for my pc to draw! I use Paint tool sai, haha no worries it's no secret xP
