Hi.
Edit: Minimum bid is 1 million bells.
Further bids should increase by at least 500k bells.
This auction will run for approximately 24-72 hours, or even shorter if I am already quite taken by an offer. Although bells are appreciated since I have made saving bells a priority, other items you think would interest me may be included, or used in place of bells.
Here is what the gardening package consists of:
1 Golden Shovel
42 Fertilizers
6 Cedar Saplings
8 Saplings
6 Blue Hydrangeas
14 Pink Azaleas
7 White Azaleas
12 Sweet-Olives
10 Holly
Whoever's offer is accepted will arrive at my town to find the gardening package laid on and around the cobbles in front of the train station. Please have space cleared up in your storage upon arrival.
If bells are involved, my default option is to use the retail method* to make transaction faster and more convenient.
However, a forum member made an interesting point about how the retail method may be inconvenient in certain cases (e.g., as was the case in the town she traded in, mine has a retail that is not next to the train station), so if you prefer to simply drop the bells please let me know.
In that case, you would simply head off to my plaza and drop your bells there, and I will check each bag to make sure they equal the full amount. (Please be patient with me in this regard, as I recently had my town destroyed, and so am more cautious than may be warranted; I do not mean to imply you are necessarily a horrible person waiting for the opportunity to scam me).
*For anyone not familiar with the retail method, here are the details given to me via PM by someone who had such a transaction with me?:
? I don't know if that forum member, Party Poison, wrote the above guide, but since my Google results have turned up empty, I will assume that person to be the author.

Re-Tail Method
Re-tail method utilizes the Re-tail feature in AC:NL by allowing visitors to one's town pay for goods and services in an efficient and accurate manner.
The seller will place junk items/fruit in the Re-tail for desired amounts. Depending on the seller's preference they may put items up for 999,999 if they don't care about the extra 1 bell missing or to make things easier on the buyer, they can do items at 800,000 increments to allow for two purchases at once with full inventory of bells.
The buyer will purchase the items within re-tail until the total amount owed to the seller is met.
Following the next game day, the seller can check their savings account to find the money deposited into the ABD. Please note that it takes one game day to transfer money; time traveling is suggested for faster payment upon completion.
