Auction Zucker is ready to move

I kinda made a mistake while attempting to cycle so now Zucker is ready to move. To help pay for some house improvements I'm hoping to auction him off.
Min Bid: 750k
Min increase: 100k
Buyout: 15 million
The auction will last at least until noon PST tomorrow.
He's currently in boxes but I'll keep him in my town until whoever wins is able to pick him up (within a reasonable time frame)

Edit2: I'll buy him out! I just started new game in another copy I brought yesterday. Do I have to wait a certain amount of days before I can adopt him over into that copy until I have space in my main one?

I don't think you have to wait but maybe get the building permit just to be safe I'm really not sure though.
