Buying Zen House body/roof?

I have literally everything except for the body and roof of the exterior to my house, and its driving me up the wall because Nook has literally never stocked either of these things since I've started the game.

If anyone notices it's in their own Nook's Homes, can you let me know asap? I really need it.

I can give you bells equal to or double the total of the upgrades, if necessary. I don't have much else since I restarted my town a few months ago and I'm still working on my house.
