Zell HAD beautiful furniture

I read a post about about getting some furniture from a villager.

The advice given in the post did not work for me.

Zell had a gorgeous couch. I sent her a bunch of furniture hoping she would put her furniture up for sale at Re-Tail

Earlier today there were open spots available at the store .

I went to visit Zell;her furniture is missing and now her house is one huge ghetto catastrophe!!!!!!

Did I do something wrong?

Nothing is written in stone with AC. Sometimes when you give furniture, they'll gift you the furniture. Sometimes they won't.

Yep, Zell's a guy. I have him and my village and thought he was a she until Chief called Zell a he. Since Zell and my mayor get along well I'm taking it as sign that he didn't mind when I sent him those dresses by mistake.

You can easily see if an animal is a girl or a boy by the colour of their name box when you talk to them Blue for a guy and pink for a girl ^^

Yup. Also, for the deers (though Zell is technically an antelope): The males have horns, the females don't.

Well you should start doing requests for Zell, he will probably give it to you as a reward and start sending him tons of letters!

Zell has the couch in his inventory. He will eventually trade/give it to you.
