YUKA THE SNOOTY KOALA IS IN BOXES!

• Yuka is NOT ORIGINAL. Her house changed a few furniture, but there's no unfitting furniture around her house the last time I've visited her (no pineapple beds, kiddie furniture, etc... afaik her house is still well-coordinated and still looks like a house), she's wearing my design, and her catchphrase is still the original "tsk tsk".
• I'm selling her for a price of 50,000 IGB or 10 ordinary tree saplings. You can also tell me how much you can offer and let's see if I can accept it.
• PLEASE CLEAR YOUR VOID BEFORE GETTING YUKA.
• My timezone is in GMT+8. But the time in my New Leaf town is forwarded to 1 hour so Yuka's already awake. I'll be up until now, 9:30 AM until 9:30 PM (GMT+8), and I'm going to post in this thread if I'm going to take a break.
