- If there is no reservation for a villager, the highest TBT offer will get them.

Payment:
- TBT payments only. No IGB!
- Payment can be before or after villager pick up.

Reservations:
- First come first serve. The reservation fee is 20 TBT, regardless, of the tier. The first person to reserve the villager is 100% guaranteed to get the villager. This is not an auction. I will not cancel a reservation if another person tries to offer a higher reservation payment.
