I want to ask The Bell Tree Forums Members:
What is your status with playing "Animal Crossing: New Leaf"?

I am referring to applicable towns (doesn't include cycling town unless you're wanting this to do so), and whether you have each town in a way you are wanting. This can be not only with Public Works Projects, yes, but also with a town's cast of villagers.

For me, my main town of Applewin—which I have played since I bought "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" last August—has the villagers that I feel are right. I have maxed out on Public Works Projects. (There's no point for me to do switch-ups.) But I am waiting for more hybrids (from my cycling town) for Applewin. (I had been lacking black cosmos.) I will update the Dream Address, which doesn't currently include recent addition of Normal cat Lolly, when I get enough of those hybrids plus a rainy day that makes it fun for a visitor to roam around.… In my second town of Progress, I am going to work on re-arranging trees and will plant bushes. I'm on way with the Public Works Projects. (The Sphinx is most recent. It's in a great location.) And I have nine of ten villagers I want in this town. (The exception: The Normal elephant Tia, who I want to move to my third town. I don't want more than two Normals in Progress. And I want her slot replaced by the Cranky wolf Fang. Now that I have that colorfully sweet Smug sheep Pietro in town, he could use a good wolf friend.)… In my third town of Temps, I have a second copy of the Normal deer Fauna, plus I have the Peppy mouse Penelope as well as the Jock anteater Antonio, who I want all to become replaced by Tia, my Snooty yet witty chicken delight Broffina (currently on rest in my cycling town), and that Jock cat Rudy. (With Penelope, her house is located where I want The Roost Cafe; that is being currently held up by me because a town's Mayor cannot relocate The Roost Cafe; so this is more an incentive for me to get her Penelope packed up and shipped out.)

Both of my towns (Jayhawk & LuvLilac) are always going to be a work-in-progress because I don't have dreamies and so I let anyone move to my town that wants to (no campsite resetting). I try to no let anyone move away until I get their picture but sometimes one will slip by me. Because I let anyone move in and put their house anyplace (I don't like this but I don't plot reset), I am always having to re-landscape. I'm still waiting to get the Picnic Blanket suggested in one of my towns, but I don't have any Uchi's at the moment. I've 100% my catalog basically. The only things I'm missing is the Gold Bug Net (I'll get it in June), about 10 gyroids (only to catalog/not to keep) and villager's pictures. I'm sure after a year has gone by (I started June 9th), I will no longer play everyday like I have been. I have not missed a single day since June 9th.

I have taken a break from ACNL and now I have returned!
I lost Beau in an accident and someone adopted him to take care of him, until I have cycled through the 16 villagers. I only need 3 more(I have one in boxes already), so I'll soon have my baby back! After that, I will have to work on getting the remaining unwanted villagers out and clean up my town after a messy time travel back and forth to get Beau back.
I think my town will always be a work in progress since I'm a bit unsure about what I want to do with it. I still think it's a lot of fun and since I restarted in January it's been super exciting to be creative and try to see the possibilities in my town :)

I have just one town, though I am considering getting another. I got the game at the end of August last year, mostly because I wanted a 3DS for Pokemon and happened to get a good deal for a 3DS plus New Leaf, which I figured I'd like because I had played Wild World and enjoyed it. Well, long story short, I ended up getting completely hooked, way more hooked than I was with Wild World. I have now played 600+ hours (I think Pokemon is only at 50ish :P) and my town is almost complete. I have a "perfect town", a good amount of PWPs (though I like to slowly add more to keep my interest up) and my town is nicely landscaped but in a need of a few more hybrids to complete it. I am mostly happy with my 10 villagers, though I am likely to try to switch O'Hare with Marshal for a bit of a change and also to try to see what all the Marshal hype is about. I am also considering replacing Filbert with Beau, though this is a harder decision, as I like Filbert a lot. The rest of my villagers I am confident will stay. I also am really happy with my house! I have 4 permanent rooms that are really well decorated and the other 2 I switch according to season to display festive furniture and use to explore different themes. It also helps keep my interest up because I can always change a room if I get bored.

I only have one town bc im 2 cool 4 2

but anyways

nippon is doing pretty good! I really want the log and picnic blanket pwp, though I dont really have any planned spot for them. I have one dreamie left, and chops recently pinged, so I have a space for her! I still need to build a third bridge, but idk where id put it. im starting to be a little unsatisfied with my layout, but I wont reset any time soon.

Ive started setting up paths since natural paths werent working out, and I like how they look! I really want wolfgang to give me the zen bridge pwp bc it goes best with my paths.

I have 10k bells in my pockets and 0 in the abd

pimping

thats about all in nippon lmao

Sondheim is a gradual work in progress, still in its fledgling stages. I'm allowing villagers to move wherever, and some of the locations I want for pwps are pending villagers moving out. Currently lacking a peppy, and soon a snooty, so I'm hoping to catch one out the other from street pass. I have my mayor and three alts with themed houses... I'm collecting furniture for those as I find it, updating exteriors as I see what I want in Nooks, and just tossing extra bells towards their home construction here and there. Ill start laying paths later. Currently trying to remember where I said I wanted to put the cafe... I had an idea in mind when I chose the map, but I forgot. I think I may need to wait for one more villager move out.

UPDATE 05.07.2014 @ 01:15 p.m. ET: I just updated Applewin.

It's not raining there. (I'd love to know the next rain date!) But it is updated with Lolly, the latest villager I was able to get, so all ten current villagers are a part of that Dream Address. (Town date is August 1, 2014. I even had a secondary character, Kathy, mention the actual date on which the town was updated.) Touring the town includes special items by the Villager Plaza.

Tadaima is still a work in progress. I have one house fully completed. One house almost completed. My third character I just started so her house isn't even started. I'm waiting for her to be able to use the qr machine so that I can start experimenting with laying down some paths. After that I'll have to landscape again and mainly focus on putting bushes around my town finally. I've got a fair amount of pwps but there are a few more I'd like to add once I find the right spot. All my shops are open but I need to focus on bug/fish catching for my museum completion. All my villagers will forever stay so nothing to really aspire for there.

?nska used to be a cycling town that I restarted in the middle of Feb...So it's safe to say that it still has a way to go. I don't have too much of a central theme yet for it but I do have some paths in mind. I have 8 villagers I'll be keeping (my uchi I'll keep till I have the pwps and the 10th is reserved for a friend). Don't really have any other villagers in mind yet for those two spots. Since my main focus is my main town right now...I'm just doing things slowly with this town and focusing mainly on getting shops upgraded/open and museum donations.

my current town is vile and right now im not content with my progress
i still need to update my shops and my museum still isnt full
i didnt buy dream suite again yet (i had it in my first town)
as far as villagers go i dont have all of my dreamies but i have a few
im happy with my town but it definitely needs work

My current town is Horizon (named after the human settlement in Mass Effect hehe), and I'm pretty happy with it right now!

I want to start doing some paving work, but only around homes/PWPs. c: I tried once and it was so complicated and frustrating, but I think I'm going to try again on a much smaller scale! That's my main goal at the moment, landscaping. It's not the prettiest town, but I like it all the same!

Rosewood is a WIP. I love how it's coming along, despite how devoid of PWPs it is. I lack two dreamies, and have yet to do any major landscaping (flowers have eaten my town).

There's really not much to say, just like my town. Quiet, quaint, off the beaten path.

I have incomplete on my first town and just got a second town in hopes of getting some wolves back that I let go.

My status on Pastelin is.. it's uh.. goin'. Kinda. I have all of the villagers I want in there, so now I have to figure out what paths I want and go from there. I also do not have any PWPs placed yet so I also have to figure out those + placement. Pretty much all I know I want to do with my town aesthetic wise is to have a ton of blue and pink roses, lol and I don't yet have a single blue rose.
As far as my house goes, that isn't even completely built/finished. So despite having the game since launch, I'm really far behind on where I should be as far as town status goes. D: plus I'm lazy and like sleep and always procrastinate -sob-

My second town is just for villager cycling for now. Eventually I'll make a serious town on that too~
