Due by Thursday, midnight: A post on the online discussion board about the weekly reading regarding a quote, analysis of the quote, and a meaningful question to the other classmates.
Due by Sunday, midnight: 10 question quiz and a substantial response to at least one other person. If there's multiple readings, respond to a person whose question is NOT from your reading's post. For example, if I read One Thousand and One Nights, I'd have to respond to someone who read the Decameron.
Beowulf is what we've got this week. I love the one-reading weeks not just because I'm lazy but also because I can respond to any post.
