In Wild World, my first three villagers were Bunnie, Apollo and Poncho.

In New Leaf mine were Jay, Chevre and Lucky

In GC? Stella, Hazel (now Sally), and Octavian.

In WW? Chief, Kiki, and Nan were all there when I started out (so lucky).

In New Leaf, Kitt and Dotty are the only ones of the original six that haven't moved out yet.

i restarted recently which i'm seriously regretting (because of nostalgia seeing as i was 9 or 10 when i first played it) but the only original villagers i remember were moe and mint! i also remember jay because i kept proposing to him through letters hahaha but i don't think he was an original

Originally had Ruby, Elvis and Anchovy. In fact, Anchovy came and went and came and went and came again. One that was a stayer was Amelia - she came pretty quickly and never left. Which was good, because the prices she paid for fish at flea markets were about 3-4 times what Nook paid. Her room was an aquarium
