I use Wario in the Circuit Special , with Cyber-Slick Tires, and Golden Glider!

Switch between Luigi and Yoshi. Basically settled on:

Circuit Special + Slick + Flower Glider.

 

[Reindeer]

Mostly Rosalina or PG Peach on the standard bike, slim tires and the default glider.
