i don't really like wolves. their design feels weird and out of place with the rest of the cutesy animals. and they make me think of the weird kids at school. i mean Dobie is a cute old man and Skye looks like a clueless adorable thing, but in general the design just makes me feel weird.

I've never really gotten behind the hype over Rosie or Goldie. They seem sweet and I liked Rosie in the anime but they just seem very... boring?? They're cute, but I prefer SO many other cat and dog villagers over them. I guess it's because I find their designs quite plain.

Tabby is definitely one of the ugliest designs in all of AC, personality is ok I guess but I can’t get over her horrifying face...like how was that even an option... as far as villager type...not a huge fan of the hippo characters..they’re just off and look weird, and mice are pretty unspectacular...but it’s animal crossing so I try to find things to like in all of them

As I am only familiar with this version of the game, I haven't had much experience with many villagers. I have noticed that I do not like the "jocks" though. The Octopi kind of freak me out...

i love so many so it's hard to pick ones i hate

marshal is one, he's alright and i used to like him but now i don't care for him as i used to and he's a bit plain tbh
also most squirrel villagers, i mean they're great but not amazing and i've never found one i liked enough to keep

as for personalities, i'm not the biggest fan of jocks, they're funny but i get bored of them quickly

not a big fan of judy, im sorry, but most of the villagers with anime eyes just look weird and off to me. i like the pastel-ish colours of her fur, so maybe if they gave her different eyes then it’d be okay, but this eyes are just a no no. sorry judy!

While there's certainly exceptions, I'm not too big on the bunny villagers in general, I think because of their ear shape? It's a weird thing to nitpick I know, especially given that all the villager species designs are heavily stylized/simplified and I like a lot of those... but I think the perfectly upright and rounded bunny ears are a design pet peeve of mine in general.
