They're all dreamies and my bff's now, and I love each and every one of them. This might get kinda long...

Carmen-Was a starter. She's my favorite, she's my town mascot. She's the one I go to when I'm sad. She's peppy and cute and makes me happy. She's also given me TONS of free stuff, so she's generous too. She also reminds me of Caroline on Vampire Diaries, who is my favorite character on that show, for pretty much all the same reasons.

Sparro-Was also a starter. I think he's HILARIOUS, and he's my 2nd favorite. I love little birds IRL, and combined with his jock personality, I just find him adorable. He's basically amazing.

Marshal-I tried to resist getting Marshal, but every time I saw him in a dream town, I'd wanted to keep talking to him, because he's so little and cute and his face just makes me so happy! He face reminds me of my cat's face, and also Chi from (Chi's Sweet Home) and I really love his design. I love his personality too. I feel very protective of him, like a little brother.

Fuchsia-Was my 10th, I got super lucky and she moved in from my camp! She was one of the first dreamies I had, because she's so beautiful and PINK! I was so excited when she showed up in my camp. It was meant to be. She's lovely, she's cool, she doesn't take crap from anyone, and it was really great to finally win her friendship. Then she started giving me a bunch of free art, and talking about potatoes....it was a friendship made in heaven!

Stitches-Is the cutest little stuffed animal ever made. I wanted him in my town SOOOO badly. I wish I knew him IRL, so we could cuddle and watch tv, and talk about food. lol, he's hilarious, and I do everything to make sure he doesn't get sad, because his sad face is sososos depressing. :'c I just relate to him, because I'm a lazy too. lol

Merengue-Is beautiful. And my favorite type of cake. I'm not a fan of the normal personality type, so we don't talk a lot, but she's always sweet when we do. I just love having her walking around so I can daydream about cakes and pastries when I see her. lol Her house is really cute too. I think it's the cutest of all the houses. And I put even more treats inside, so it's my favorite inside too.

Monique-looks like Marilyn Monroe, who I'm a huge fan of. So she was also someone I wanted in town desperately. I find her beautiful and glamorous, and even though I don't love the snooty personality, I somehow love it on her. Especially now that we're friends, she's very sweet to me. She also has a piano in her house, and I love to go there and perform for her. She looks so cute when she's smiling and her face changes so drastically when she smiles. Kinda like how Marshal's does. I love that.

Pietro-Is rainbowy and a sheep. Two things I love. I love his belly. I love when he dances, or claps, or basically anything he does because he's so jolly looking, I want to cuddle and sleep with my head on his belly. He's also a smug, which is a really cool personality type for the boys. I like his house too. I'm one of the few people who likes the balloon furniture, and since he's a clown, it's very fitting.

Julian-May have been the first dreamie I wanted. I love unicorns, and I love how he seems so gentlemanly. He just has this dandy way about him, very poetic and bohemian-y. He's someone I'd love to be friends with IRL too. I think he probably does yoga and meditates when no one's there. He also has a beautiful, serene house. I just find him very peaceful to be around. If I'm stressed I hang out at his house.

Muffy-Is the last dreamie I ever got. I thought she was beautiful and I like her style. I also thought she would have a secret love affair with Pietro, and I'm pretty sure that they are. She was kind of hard to make friends with, since she was the last one to come to town, so I had to work on that friendship. We're friends now, and she gave me her pic, but I don't feel like we're bff's yet. Even though she's an uchi like Fuchsia, she seems totally different from her. I still kind of feel like she's a little snooty with me. lol, I kind of avoid talking to her too much, cuz she snaps at me. She's like a mean girl friend. IDK why I like her! XD

I noticed this too, actually. A lot of people like the squirrels. Funnily enough, in my time with AC, I've only had one squirrel live in my town. That's including when I used to play the GC game. They are cute, but they just don't do it for me for some reason.

Marcie
I just recently adopted her and I love her. She's so cute and friendly. I can't wait to spend more time with her.

Hopper
Hopper is another recently adopted villager. I've been wanting him since I watched the Animal Crossing movie. He's so cool. I'm hoping he'll request some PWPs I need since he's my only cranky.

Sterling
I adopted Sterling when I had an empty space in my town, I wanted to adopt someone quickly so I could return to working on my town. When ever someone moves out I get nervous and dont want to work on my town in fear of houses dropping on flowers or trees. So I saw him, he looked cool and was surprised no one wanted him. I do not regret it and I hope he requests some PWPs as well as he's my only Jock.

Lucha
Lucha came from my sisters town via streetpass. I really dont care for him and have been trying to get him to leave but he wont.

Blanche
I had Blanche from the being, shes my last original villager and I hope she's stays with me for many more months.

Merengue
Merengue was my first dreamie, I loved her before she was super popular, but was discourged when I saw HOW popular she was, Thinking I'd never get to have her in my town. At one point she was a camper in my town while it was full and I rage quitted the game for two months. Then I met Javacado on this forum and he helpped me get a Merengue. <3 And I love her so much. Such a cute cupcake Rhino.

Flora
I didn't know Flora even existed until I met her in Javacado's town and it was like love at first sight. She instantly became my most favorite Villager, puting Merengue in second. And when Flora was moving I adopted her from him. She now lives happily in my town amongst my other pink villagers. And she seems to have a crush on Sterling, as she mentioned wanting to do a romance movie with him at one point. (I have photo proof.) I totally think these two would make an awesome couple and can totally see cute pink knight babies. <3 I need to have someone draw this.

Apple
I forget how I got Apple as shes been with me for a long time now. She's super adorable and I hope she doesnt leave any time soon.

Peanut
Peanut was a camper in my town who I invited to live with me. She's really sweet and always asking me to get her fish or to see her house.

Goldie
Goldie is another recently adopted villager, im still getting to know her but shes super adorable and I love having a dog in my town. Plus her house is so cozy. Wish I could decorate like that! hah

Kiki - She's become a favorite of mine in this game, I never encountered her before, and I really like her, the normal personality suits her well.

Cesar - He's a pretty cool Italian looking gorilla, I never really liked the gorillas but Cesar (and Hans) are exceptions to this rule. He also has a really nice house, and one of my favorite K.K. songs, K.K. Lament.

Tex - I like penguins, and he is pretty cool, I like the exterior design of his house, but I may eventually let him go for a different smug.

Gigi - She needs to go, I don't like her. That's all I have to say.

Sparro - He's one of the few jocks whose design I actually like, but his house placement is kind of annoying because its too close to the campsite, which I had laid out to be a forest-like area.

Winnie - She just moved in, she's alright I suppose, I'll probably end up trading her out later.

Tucker - He moved in too close to my home, it's not extremely close, but it's in visible range, which is too close to me, plus I don't care for him really. He needs to go after Gigi.

Tammy - I don't really like her, she needs to move out. But Gigi has priority leave right now.

Goldie: My only original villager, I love her since I started the game~ She's forever trapped in my town.

Lolly: Adopted from a friend, love her to the maxxx because she make me think of my cat that used to in real life. She's forever in my town.

Mira: Adopted from a friend, the only bunny I love since I first met in one of my friend's town (fell at first sight). Mira will be in my town forever :]

Bob: Adopted from my friend, been looking for him since I gone through the list of cat villagers. Appreciated that my friend willing to let go of her dreamie-Bob to me, I promised her Bob will be a happy cat in my town!

Ankha: Adopted from my friend because she kept Ankha for me when I have no space on that time. I love Ankha not because of popularity, I love her face and she's my queen in my town forever.

Tangy: Adopted from a friend who helped me a lot in game. But she was quit now, and it make me kind of sad. Tangy will be my forever peppy cat in town and represent the memories of her mayor. :]

Kabuki: Adopted from my friend's friend. Appreciated my friend who helped me convinced her friend to let me adopt Kabuki, my forever angry papa!

Lily: Adopted from my friend and he was quit also. For Lily, I had sacrificed Rudy and I feel kind of bad. The best froggy in my town and she's staying forever.

Skye: Adopted from campsite. She's really cute with a cloud on head, and she say 'airmail'. Too bad I'm not keeping her forever because I have too many Normal right now XD

Lopez: Adopted from campsite too and Lopez is my first deer villager! He's quite charming I would say, but he's not my cup of tea. Hahaa

In order from oldest to newest villagers:

Julian: I used to actually really like Julian, and mildly regret my decision to not keep him, but over time. Bleh. He's a cute design but the fact that he's yet to ping me to move is irritating as I'm trying to get out my last couple villagers for giveaways before I have all my dreamies.
Tammy: Favorite villager by far <3 she's the first villager to ever give me her picture, her house is like a second home, and I talk to her multiple times a day. She's the best ^.^
Jacques: I like him well enough. Not my favorite villager but I don't hate him. He's like always sick though Also, he tends to never be around town. He's always in the museum or something so it's been hard getting to know him.
Apollo: He's super cool. He's always outside of Erik's house trying to find the person who keeps putting pitfalls in front of it xD He's a genuinely sweet guy so I like him. His house is a disaster and a half though It's pretty much been stripped of all furniture, and I'm trying to send him some nice pieces to put in but HE WON'T GIVE UP HIS TWO FOSSILS. They're eyesores -.-
Whitney: Love her to bits and pieces ^.^ I love how much of a gossip she is, and she's fun to talk to. We're working on becoming closer and the more I talk to her, the more I love her. Also, super pretty design.
Fauna: I see her as kind of a mother figure? She's always so concerned about other people. I think she's super sweet and kind, but I'm glad I only have one normal in my town xD Her design and house are gorgeous though so she always makes me happy. And she loves to plant flowers all day every day. Somewhat annoying because I have to go back and organize them, but the thought is cute.
Erik: Probably my favorite villager after Tammy <3 His house is so fantastic, he's a loveable doofus, and he makes me laugh. I love his conversations with other villagers xD I could talk to him all day.
Teddy: He's nice, I like him. Not tons to say. I'm not huge on Jock personalities, but I wanted one of each. Him and Apollo are ALWAYS talking about eachother. I can't decide if they're best friends or they hate eachother xD
Ruby: I thought I'd like her. I have an aversion to peppy personalities. Her house, which I thought I wouldn't mind, is an eyesore. And even though she shares a name with my beloved dog, we just never clicked :/ hope she pings soon so I can give her away to someone who'd love her more.
Marshal: I never thought I'd actually get him ^.^ I love how cute he is bobbing around town, but I haven't had time to get to know him super well as I've been quite busy and haven't had tons of play hours with him in town. So far I think he'll be one of my favorites!

Bob: He's my favorite villager...He moved into my cycle town, and I actually only liked him for his color at first (purple and blue are my favorite colors) but I didn't ever intend on keeping him. I was having a rough day and none of my friends were around to talk to, but he pinged me and asked me that whole "on a scale of 1-10 how are you doing right now?" thing and it was the first time it had happened and I was really touched by it. So I got attached and he's moved from my cycle town, to my old main town, and now to the town I currently have when I reset. I've been very fortunate to keep the same one and never lost him.

Cheri: I didn't really pay much attention to Cheri until I got request to draw her and I fell in love with her punk look. Dotty moved out of my town for the second time (traitor) and she plotted where Dotty used to be, and has replaced her as favorite peppy. She wears a Misfits shirt and it suits her really well.

Kyle: I got him really early on when I first started playing. He's one of my favorites, by far. I mean, he's a cool rocker wolf. What's not to love? I really like his sleepy eyes. He lived in my old main town, Lavender, with Bob until I reset and moved him over. He's my favorite smug and one of my favorite villagers.

Butch: He looks like my dog, Tiny, for the most part. I've always really like the cranky personalities, especially when they mention their asocial tendencies...I've always felt the same way and it's comforting to know it was included and makes them feel more personal.

Tutu: She's kinda accidental. I had her in my cycling town as well. I started talking with her since I've always really liked bears, and she ended up finding her way into my heart, so when I reset she was one of the first to move in and I love her a lot.

Melba: Adorable and I love her color palette. I had a hard time picking a normal villager I wanted, it was between Maple and Melba, but I decided since I'd had Maple before I would go for a new villager, and I'm honestly glad I did.

Katt: Oh, boy. Agnes was my favorite uchi until I accidentally plotted her into a spot I just honestly couldn't work around. I tried, I did, but it wasn't happening. I moved her out in favor of Katt's cool music themed house and pretty exterior and...well, she's my favorite uchi now. I never thought I'd like a villager deemed so "ugly" but she's never leaving, I adore her too much.

Vladimir: I got him purely because I love the bear cubs and his fave is so dumb looking, it's adorable. I love his little buck teeth and old man in a little guy's body attitude. I'm really glad I got him, because I think he's fantastic.

Marshal: I got him because I wanted a second smug and I wanted to see what the hype was about. I'm honestly...not impressed. I'm moving him out in favor of Clay or Wolfgang.

Diana: While very pretty, I really only like her for her house exterior. I'm moving her out in favor of Purrl, who's crazy eyes and pretty calico coloring are amazing.

I haven't cycled through many villagers since I just picked the game up again after almost a year of hiatus and I only just joined the forums, so most of them have been in my town for a veeeery long time.

Anabelle: She's cute and been here since the beginning, and I laughed really hard when I first saw her because my favorite anime has an anteater character for an episode and I had recently rewatched it. So for a while I kept calling her "Anteaterina" instead of Anabelle. I like her, but I'm not too attached and will probably cycle her out eventually to make room for others.
Bree: Also cute, also been here since the beginning, but again I'm not too attached and won't say no if she says she's moving.
Kiki: Kiki, though, Kiki I am very attached to. I honestly didn't think much of her at first but once I picked up the game again she kinda wormed her way into my heart. Man, most of my favorites are all Normals. They're the cutest and best type, I swear.
Spork: He moved in a really cruddy spot and I'm not fond of his appearance, so I'm definitely trying to get him out soon. A couple days ago he did announce he was moving, to which I internally cheered, but when I said "Take care," he just changed his mind! I hate it when they do this. :/
Daisy: She's a sweetheart, and has the same name as my cat, haha. But I'm not super attached to her. If she ever moves I'll allow her to, but would probably see if I could get someone to adopt her.
Frita: I'm not a big fan of the Uchi type, and... she looks like a cheeseburger. Sorry Frita, I want you out. Especially when you keep selling me fake paintings!
Graham: Also not a fan of the smug type, and he keeps reminding me of a creeper basement dweller.
Gala: Sweet and the cutest of the pigs, IMO. I love her little flower headband over her ear. I actually accidentally picked her up in my friend's void back before we knew what the void was, lol.
Whitney: She recently camped in my campsite and I latched onto her. She's only been in town for a couple of days, so we're not very good friends yet, but I'd love to keep working at it. I try not to talk to her too many times out of he day because they seem to get annoyed when you do, but I keep wanting to talk to her anyway. :'D She's so pretty.

Basically my town is still in the beginning stage of what I want it to be. The only two villagers I'm keen on keeping forever is Kiki and Whitney.

In Kibble I currently have these villagers, mostly dreamies now:

Kabuki - I won him in a raffle and he soon became a favourite. I love his appearance and house (which I've tried to keep as original as possible) and his catchphrase, I really like his house placement as well. I plan to keep him in my main town forever.

Mitzi - I've had her since I first started playing and I'm planning to keep her. I love the normal personality and it's little quirks (asking me to take a quiz then telling me the key to my happiness is a blowtorch ), and she's a cat so extra points for that ^^.

Roald - I picked up Rolad from the campsite and he's now my favourite jock. I love his design, reminds me of a prinny from Disgaea with his big wide eyes. I plan to keep him in this town forever.

Skye - I got Skye free from the villager trading plaza, I think she has beautiful colouring and I really like the normal personality. I plan on keeping her.

Sprinkle - I picked her up from the campsite, I think her design is very pretty and her house is so cute and I like the peppy personality. She's staying forever.

Mira - My favourite rabbit, I've had her since near enough the beginning. I wasn't keen on the uchi personality at first but I warmed up to it. Even though her house is in a slightly awkward place I decided to keep her.

Rosie - my favourite villager in the game, I love cats and her design is adorable.

Hopper - I got him free from the villager trading plaza, he's not a dreamie of mine but I have to keep hold of him because my fianc? (who doesn't play) loves rock hopper penguins, so Hopper will be moving over to my other town when he's ready to leave.

Bianca - another freebie from the villager trading plaza, I quite like her but unfortunately she is in an awful spot so has to leave, I'm trying to get her out at the moment.

Eugene - I love this little koala, I've had him since near the beginning of my game. I'm considering moving him to my other town when it comes time to let him go from kibble.

Bluebear: I like Bluebear. She has been on my town since the beginning. Probably one of my favourite peppys.
Aurora: Aurora has also been in my town since the beginning. I like her simple penguin design. Adorable.
Pippy: Another peppy. I got her from the campsite. I like her.
Melba: My favourite koala. She is normal, and that is one of my favourite types.
Buck: Buck was the first to move in. I kinda like him. His eyebrows are funny.
Fuchsia: Ah, my hippie deer. I like her.
Axel: I do not want 2 jocks, so I would love for him to leave. Other than that, he is okay.
Sydney: Got from a friend on accident. Moved into a terrible spot. Also, I don't want three koalas.
Gwen: I like Gwen, as I like the penguins. But she destroyed my path, thus I want her to move.
Eugene: He finally asked to move. Happy. I am tired of his koala elvis-ness. He was the second to move in after Buck.

Currently:
Wolfgang: He's my favorite cranky villager and the only one I ever want. He was my first campsite villager in my old town, and since then I've loved him to pieces.
Colton: I didn't know if I would like him, but I didn't want Jacques again, and there was no way I was gonna fight to find Marshal (plus I'm too broke and frugal to buy him). I took a risk with adopting Colton on tumblr. He's the only smug I ever want to have and I love him to death.
Rod: I added him to my dreamies a while ago, and I really like him. He's a cute little jock, though I haven't played much since I adopted him. He's super cute though and I'm looking forward to the challenge of landscaping around the terrible place he put his house in.
Deirdre: I love Uchi villagers. She was my second campsite villager in my old town, and though I do love Agnes, I finally decided there was no way I could have a town with just one.
Agnes: Initially, I was not stoked at all to have her plot appear in my town. Renee was my first Uchi in my new town, and once she moved out, I was crossing my fingers for Deirdre to plot. Her house placement is definitely not ideal, but I don't care. I love Agnes. She's so cool.
Derwin: Every day he's in my town is a moment too long.
Muffy: I invited her in from the campsite with the intention of moving her out right away, but I really do like Muffy. If we could have more than 10 villagers, I'd keep her as a third Uchi. I really want her pic before she moves out.
Skye: Another campsite villager who I had the intention to immediately give away, but she's so cute. I really want her picture, too. I'd keep her around if her house placement wasn't extraordinarily terrible.
Dotty: Used to be my dreamie, but lately I've really wanted to get Tammi back. Since she's been cycled while I'm cycling for Stitches, I made the decision to let go of Dotty and put Tammi in her spot. She's super cute and everything, but I miss Tammi, especially with Olivia's sudden departure.

in my primary town of Anthem:
Shep - As soon as I saw him online when checking out the game (before deciding to drop the money to buy the system just to play this one game... which I DID... but anyway) I HAD to have him in my town. My late dog was a sheepdog and I have been collecting sheepdog stuff for years, and was determined to have Shep as my bestie. I got lucky and found him in my campsite almost as soon as I built it
Skye - moved in randomly, but I really like her
Dierdre - One of only three or four Uchi's that I actually like, so when my initial Uchi (Paula, YUCK) moved out I reset til I got an uchi I liked and it happened to be Dierdre. I would've taken Cherry, Agnes, or Pashmina also, it just happened to be Dierdre.
Hopper - my all time favorite villager! I've had him since GC and loved him since then too, cranky is my favorite personality and Hopper is just the best
Bones - I love dogs, and also have a thing for Lazies, so when I had a space and someone was giving him away I jumped on it because i've always liked him. I would've happily taken Walker though instead, either way.
Beardo - was my original Smug and I'm waiting for him to leave. Which he won't. And its getting annoying. I liked him for a while, but now I'm trying to get one last dreamie before closing my town down to move-ins and move-outs and Beardo is the one that needs to go for me to do that.
Bunnie - Probably my favorite Peppy character, I haven't had her since GC and I missed her so I kept an eye out for her when I needed a peppy.
Zell - I was filling a space in my heart left behind when Mac decided to leave without telling me and I decided on Zell because he's another character I saw before I even owned the game and knew I needed to have.
Antonio - Always been a favorite, I got super lucky and picked him up via streetpass, felt like I'd won the jackpot that day!
Amelia - my favorite snooty, was one of my original villagers in the first town I ever had in any animal crossing (WW) and I've missed her since she moved from there so I decided to pick her up when Ali moved out.

I also am working on a Narnia themed town and picked out all my villagers based on animals that are pertinent to the series of books.
Gruff is a stand in for Tumnus, Elvis is Aslan, Wolfgang is Maugrim, Hans is Shift from the Last Battle, Diana is playing the white "stag" and the assorted guys are Dora (the mice that chewed through Aslan's bindings on the stone table), Julian, Phoebe, Leonardo and Rasher (more of a personal choice, boar do get mentioned, but only in passing, I just like Rasher)

These are really fun to read, especially the villagers I've had or have currently...it's nice to see how they are in other people's towns or their opinions. Like I think Fuchsia is so sassy and kind of street smart, whereas someone else thought she was a hippie! Or Sparro, who is one of my favorites, I feel like I never hear about him, but several people on this thread have him in town and seem to really like him---which makes me happy.

   Fang is my AC boyfriend and I love him to pieces. He's been in my town since I started, and was even in my previous town. I love his personality and his design.​
2. Ankha
   
   ANKHA IS MY WIFE she's beautiful and she's extremely fun to draw. She doesn't like changing up her furniture very often which upsets me, because I'm trying to get both pyramids back in her house. (one is there, the other is a whale shark that she refuses to replace) but she's a great friend and loves to give me things.​
3. Coco
   
   Coco's also been in my town since the beginning and I love her so much. She loves giving me nicknames and inviting me over to her house. I like helping her buy books that she's short for, too. u vu​
4. Dotty
   
   I love Dotty sososososososososososo much. Her red eyes bother me but considering it's only when she's surprised, I can overlook it. She loves inviting me over to her house and I oblige every time in hopes that she'll let me buy her cicada. I hate that thing but she'd sooner get rid of the petaltail dragonfly that I gave her sooner than it. :c

5. Punchy
   
   Punchy is my neighbour.His house is just outside of mine and, as a result, he's usually the first villager to ping me if he's not inside his house. This can get annoying and I remember once I was trying to catch a tarantula aND HE KEPT PINGING ME FOR EVERY LITTLE THING. I made his catchphrase "stop" and his greeting "GO AWAY" because of this. But he's a dreamie and I got him from my sister :3​
6. Mira
   
   Mira's nice. She invites me over often but she likes to plan so I often forget, sadly. I really only have her for PWPs because I really want the log bench and picnic blanket, but I'm growing to love her, too.​
7. Genji
   
   One of three jocks I absolutely love. Despite the fact that he's a little bun, he still makes me feel like I'm a dainty fairy eheheheh~ But I love him to pieces and I think he's very cute.​
8. Lolly
   
   Lolly was a random move in from my sister's town and I'm holding her until she cycles her out. She moved into a nice place so I'm happy about that. She's very cute and very sweet.​
9. Julian
   
   He's my baeeeee. I love visiting his house even though it looks terrible ever since I gave him that arapaima.​
10. Chief
    
    Just recently got him so I don't know him very well yet. His house is empty though so I need to fix that.​
