I liked the first NPC Pikmin, I love Zelda, never tried Earthbound because it is near impossible to access without ROMS.

Legend of Zelda. I've seen gameplay of Pikmin but it looked dumb. I've never played Earthbound before, i'm not even sure what kind of game it is.

Honestly, I think Earthbound is extremely over rated and its fan base is that of Kingdom Hearts, in the sense that if you say something bad about it, people get really pissed really fast. I think it's a good game and all, but some people treat it like the god damn messiah. I know it's quirky and the GUYS YOU PLAY AS A KID, IT'S REVOLUTIONARY thing is probably a selling point, but I don't think it's all that great.

As far as Zelda goes, just because you don't like one doesn't mean you won't like them all. I love Minish Cap but I can't stand Zelda II. They're all pretty different, for the most part.

Pikmin is a hit or miss for most. I love it, personally.
