You Just Lost The Game

I really love this game, but I hate the whole, regional exclusive items thing. Somebody mentioned being able to get them earlier by changing the regional settings on their system. Can anyone confirm this to be true?

I do not believe that simply changing your settings will work, as you system is not physically in the region where the items are being sent. however you can trade with other players for items not available in your region.

I do not think it would work for the DLC items, it was for the certain country holiday items that Isabelle gives you such as the Berliner. I do not know if he actually TT in another country's settings or was duping items...

ahhh now I will have to attempt changing my systems settings myself sometime and see. Now I'm curious. lol

You can also catalog some of the DLC. I have some that I've been allowing visitors to catalog from Japan. A friend had gotten them and allowed me to catalog them.
