Ok so today a villager is moving out and that will make it so i have 9 villagers and i was thinking of who to get. I checked my campsite and what do you know Lolly is in there. Is there anyway that i can convince her to move in still or no?

I've heard that on very rare occassions villagers decide to camp for another day, but I believe there is nothing you can do to enforce that.
