Cycling Ylisstol Temporary Cycling [in boxes: ...]

I am temporarily in possession of a second copy of ACNL, so I decided to use it to try and get my dreamies AND help other people get theirs!
All villagers are free except for Tier 1 villagers, which will only cost 1mil. I'm totally against ridiculous prices for rare villagers and normally I wouldn't charge at all but I kinda need the bells.

Anyway, here's a list of current villagers in Ylisstol...
-Graham
-Mitzi
-Kitty
-Deirdre
-Teddy
-Tucker
-Monty
-Portia

Villagers that are bolded and red are currently in boxes, and villagers that are bolded in blue are reserved for me (there will only be two of them, so don't worry).

PLEASE READ THESE RULES!
Like seriously, if you obviously didn't read the rules you're not getting a villager from me.
-This thread is to help people obtain their dreamies. It is not for people who want to get cheap/free villagers just to resell them. I require dreamie proof for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 villagers.
-Tier 1 villagers will cost 1mil, there will be no outbidding or anything. Everything here is first-come-first-serve.
-When in my town, please don't pull weeds.
-If a villager I've given you moves for whatever reason, I ask that you don't resell them and instead do a giveaway.
-I don't take reservations.
-I will hold a villager for 10 minutes, and if no one wants them, I'll void them.
-If you take too long to come pick up your villager, I will void them. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I hate just sitting there for half an hour because someone decided to browse the forums instead of come get their villager.

If you don't get anyone else wanting Tangy I'd be happy to take her, I'm cycling myself of sorts, just trying to have some cute villagers populate my town before I get all of my dreamies permanently. I would of course give her away again for free to someone else looking for her when she asks to move (and I am never in a hurry for that, rest assured she would have a lovely home with me!)
