Yay! Perfect fruit on a regular tree!

Oh yeah! My friend did this in her town and I wanted to try it too. I kept shaking a regular fruit tree to try to make a random perfect fruit grow like in the beginning of the game. I was trying it on a few trees and I got it on the one by my house! Yes! I wonder if you can do this to more than one tree in town.

I didn't know about perfect fruit when I started the game, and I apparently sold my initial perfect pear without even realizing it. I didn't play online at the time, and I planted pear trees, shook pear trees and fertilized them like mad until I finally got a perfect pear again. I don't think I have ever tried shaking the regular pear trees again, but I'm sure that it occasionally happens But I don't know if you can get it on more than one tree at the same time?

that's the only way it could be. only perfect versions of your native fruit can grow in your town. if you try planting a foreign perfect fruit, it'll be a regular version of that fruit.

Ah yes that's awesome. Going to plant a few regulars near my house to do this

Now when you plant it, you'll have 3 perfect cherries from the harvest! If you plant those 3, you'll have 9! Etc....You're all set!

Just don't forget where you planted it, like I did. XD I think I somehow chopped it down or something. IDK, my first perfect fruit disappeared even though I planted it. I also didn't know about where to plant things, so possibly I planted it too close to some building and it just wilted. :'C Finally, I just had to trade online for a basket of it.

You only get one kind of perfect fruit in your town! I had fun planting all perfect apple trees as I harvested the perfect apples ... now all my apple trees are perfect except one regular apple tree (my native fruit)
I was really alarmed the first time one of my perfect apple trees rotted and broke when I shook it!!! lol when that happens, two of the fruit are perfect and one is rotten! you just cut down the rotten tree, dig out the stump, and plant a new one with one of the perfect fruits ... they take three days to produce fruit again

IKR, I didn't expect it to do that, even though I had read it in a guide...but seeing it happen is kind of surprising (and sad for some reason). It's like, oh no, I murdered a tree! XD
