Buying [X/Y OR/AS] Shiny Hoopa

I am basically looking for a Hoopa similar to the ones given out in the event, but shiny.
The game I am using is X, so make sure that you are using X/Y or OR/AS.
I know that the pokemon I'll be receiving is hacked, and I am perfectly fine with that.
You make an offer in TBT. This is my first time buying a pokemon, so I don't really know what the pokemon to TBT rates are.
I'll trade you ether and egg or a crap pokemon for it and I'll send the TBT after the trade has been completed.
