so i went to a friends town and its summer there.... my character started to sweat when she stepped out of the train station.... i'm wearing my Bruce hoodie (long sleeved) whats going on?

That happens when your character wears a long-sleeved anything in the summer. Totally normal.

LOL I see a lot of that in my cycle town, since it's set in summer permanently. Any visitors sweat when they come off the train, since they're all dressed for winter...Meanwhile I'm running around in bare feet.

I helped someone upgrade their train station like the first day I got the game and my character shivered nearly every time due to having no socks or shoes as they were sold to Re-Tail to pay Tom Nook, lol.

Yup, when you wear too warm clothes in summer you sweat, and when you wear too cold clothes in winter you shiver. Knowing that has really nothing to do with your game knowledge though; I've played ACNL since release and didn't know it until a few months back, given that this was only implemented in New Leaf when different sleeves were added.
