I'm pretty forgetful, so I write reminders (usually in caps) like "HAND IN ESSAY BEFORE 3PM >:O" or "FOR CRIPE'S SAKE, PAY MEG BACK HER FIVE DOLLARS". That sorta thing.
Sometimes I doodle hearts, flowers, or stars while I'm at it .-.

I used to draw the Triforce on the back of my left hand in highlighter in high school. XD Other than that, no, lol. Well, except sometimes at work, if I need to write down an item number but I don't have any paper. =p
