Writing Letters To Villagers

I write letters all the time, it helps with Immersion. I also write my favorite villagers in my friend's towns whenever I visit even though they never reply. Didn't they used to reply in City Folk or Wild World?

My latest letter to Tammy was

"Hi Tammy, I tolerate you but don't push it. I need you since you are Uchi for the Windmill, but don't test me. I will kick you out so fast, just ask Puddles."


If you're wondering why I moved puddles out, it's because she asked for Signatures at 12 am and I went and got them, returned to my town and she was asleep, so I gave them to her at 12 pm. She complained and said she needed t hem that night. Who asks for signatures at 12 am and then goes to bed? So I removed her.

What is it with Puddles doing stupid things like this? I used to like her but she seems to make it her life goal to be as annoying as possible.

I sent a letter to Mallary the day she moved in that read,

"I hate you. It's nothing personal against your home or your appearance, because honestly, you're kind of cute. But I HATE snooties... and you happen to be one. Maybe if you were a normal, or even an uchi, we could have gotten along... but don't expect any special treatment from me.

Enjoy the gift, and I expect you to give me your picture soon."

It didn't say that exactly, but it was along those lines. But it was the first thing she ever showed me and to this day she'll still walk up to me and go "Bambie!!! Remember this letter? Haha, good times!!!"

I did end up getting her picture... on April Fools' Day. Now I barely talk to her (unless she pings me).

I decided to write Tangy a letter, welcoming her to our town, when she had just moved in.

I used to write a lot when during the early days but realized that they don't do anything significant so I just use it as surefire way to change their clothes and furniture when I want to.

I on and off write usually for friendship. Me and Mitzi would always play letter tag (if that makes sense) for quite a while. c: I'd always try to write to everybody especially in the early days throughout the early days of playing. I always write affectionate and heartfelt letters to my animals thanking them for being my friend and giving them a gift, usually one that matches their favorite style/color. It's a direct way to talk with your animals in your own words and I love it!

Hahaha sometimes I write really long letters to my favourite villagers or if I'm sending them something for their house. Always write letters to Chief because he's my favourite.

Lol I haven't sent any of my villagers letters since like November I believe, I think I might do that now since I really have nothing better to do in my game, and also I want that postmaster badge...

It depends on how much time I have and which villager I'm writing. If I really like the villager and know they will be around awhile I write them better letters. As mentioned earlier if they are going to be showing it to me later I want it to be something amusing.
