As much as I love internet, I'd rather have friends. I can always read books, draw, play instruments, watch tv + do my other hobbies without it.

No friends. Since I move a lot I have a lot of acquaintances but few I consider friends. I live too far away from everyone I know to just "hang out" with someone, and most of the people in my life are too new to me to really let in. At least with internet I have the opportunity to find people with common interests. So while I'll still only continue to have acquaintances at least they'll be acquaintances I can have an enjoyable conversation with.

Eventually I would like to say I'd rather have friends than internet, but that's still a long way off, and that's if I stick with my current job and don't move too far away again.

I already have almost no friends, and I'd still choose them over the internet tbh. My only irl friends are my best friends and I can't imagine myself without them.

I don't really have friends besides people I talk to on the internet so yeah, no friends, I'm already there, and my internet isn't great so I mean, could I trade the no friends for BETTER internet please?
