Would you like if villager personalities were random?

Kindave a weird thought but after realizing how many normal villagers I have as my dreamies I wonder how much more interesting it would be if personalities were random. Like, imagine a jock Fauna or a cranky Marina I know a lot of their personalities match their designs, but I think it would make things more unique? I know a lot of people like villagers for their personalities though so I can see why some people wouldn't want it to be random at all.

It would be interesting to see some of the villagers act differently. I find the jock personality kind of annoying in this game, but I like the design of a lot of the jock villagers. Though I love the cranky villagers and I would be sad if any of them weren't cranky. Wouldn't it be weird to say something like "I'll trade you this smug Mitzi for a peppy one?" Or If you could have the same villager a few times with different personalities? "Hey cranky Static, meet peppy Static!" lol

Lol I think it would add a totally different depth to the game although there are definitely some contradictions e.g. the case of getting the same villager twice

That would be quite funny and interesting to play hahah. I do have my own kind of villager+current personality that I like though, and cant really picture a different one for them. Still interesting tho!

Ha that might be quite cool actually there aren't many peppy designs that I like so to get Maple or somebody as a peppy would be cute. Or have Julian as a jock...that could be funny

I think it would be both annoying and cool at the same time, since you wouldn't know which personality a certain villager has.

Edit: Villagers could wear accessories depending on their personality. Imagine LinkToTheWorld's jock Julian with a bandana tied around his horn, that would be hilarious!

That would be much more fun and a lot more realistic! It'd be also neat if they could be a mix of two personalities.
Personally, though, I'd be happy if they just had 10 personalities overall. I hate having two villagers with the same one.

I could also think Fauna snooty, that is completely weird, Fauna is one of the sweetest characters in the game in my opinion

i think it'd be nice! i have a huge imbalance of personalities in my town (3 lazy, 3 normal, no smug or uchi) because i don't like the designs of certain types, and this would present a solution to that.

I would be totally up for this. Sounds like a really neat idea and it would be interesting to have villagers break their stereotypes and have completely mismatched personalities.

I don't think I'd really like it if they were random honestly It would be a little too weird and I feel it would contradict a lot of the appearances of certain characters. Might be funny to see like Cyrano or Fang acting like a peppy or Snooty, but it would get weird after a little while. What I would like however is more of a defining factor that makes certain, as an example, crankies different from other crankies. Something that gives every individual villagers their own flavor and personality
