Would this be considered cheating?

In my Pokemon Diamond, I have a hacked Meganium, Typhlosion, and Feraligatr, (all from an Action replay) and I was wondering if breeding each one of them with a Ditto, and trading the eggs to Platinum would be considered cheating?

Yes, because all you couldn't have done it without using AR, so yes it is cheating.

From a technical standpoint, no. But according to most internet websites, it is considered cheating. If you go around saying you hacked for some Pokemon to breed with then you'll definitely get caught cheating.

Only cheating that is allowed with online communities is:
Items obtainable in game (includes TMs)
Money
